Your payment information is protected by PayPal and no payment card information is received by DCC from online bookings or bank transfer payments made to the DCC account
Rights of Inspection
Any customer is entitled to request an SAR (Subject Access Request) to discover what data is being stored and used for them personally by the company. This request must be made in writing to the Privacy Officer alongside proof of identity (copy of driving license or passport) and will be responded to within 48 days of the request being received. You have the right to demand erasure of all the information which must be made in writing to the Privacy Officer.
